Shipping policy

Most orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of payment being received. However, in some specific circumstances this may take longer and in rare cases up to 10 days. In the latter case, your shipping method will be automatically upgraded to minimise the time it takes to get to you, free of charge.

As a small business, we try our hardest to get your orders out the door as fast as possible. Once dispatched, we are at the whim of the courier and/or postal service. Whilst we appreciate waiting can be frustrating, please allow a reasonable amount of time for your order to arrive.

In the case of orders outside the UK, customers may be required to pay import taxes. Please note, these are additional to the value of your order and are the customer's responsibility.
